The Learning Curve . . . VA’s are constantly learning ;)

May 28, 2008

Let’s get down to business! The next best thing for Virtual Assistant/Client Correspondence . . . I was introduced to two of the neatest features this past week and have implemented both into my business.

Airset – the neatest gadget used for contact management, file uploading, appointment scheduling, and more! Read more at www.airset.com! Free of charge, upgrade capability for a minimal fee, and organization. This system has allowed me to organize all my client’s contact information, files, etc. into one database (but still kept individualized) and have it available at the click of the mouse!

Packet8 - A Virtual Office “Must Have”! With this telephone system, I can answer (all) incoming office calls from across the states. That’s right, I’m doing it now! Are you a sales representative that is out of the office often, too busy to answer a telephone that rings non-stop, missed calls frequently? Packet8 features a Virtual Office system that is neater than sliced bread! Find out more at http://www.packet8.comor contact me for details

I can’t take the credit for these awesome new gadgets . . . My newest client with VreBS introduced me to these cool systems which proves that even Virtual Assistants can learn from real estate professionals, after all our openness to learn new things is what allows us to offer others even better real estate support & services.

Commonly Asked Questions . . .

May 12, 2008

It’s Monday! Today, I wanted to start by answering a few questions asked of me over the last few weeks. I get a lot of questions regarding what it is I do, how it is I can be of help, and what I charge for services. Pulled from a page on my website, here is a list of commonly asked questions with answers for those interested in the Virtual World.

  • What is a Real Estate Virtual Assistant?
A real estate Virtual Assistant is similar to an administrative office assistant however everything is done “Virtual”. Our support staff provides services to help real estate professionals with the backend of real estate.
  • What does “Virtual” Mean?
We use the internet and other telecommunication mediums to provide real estate support.
  • What is the difference between a Virtual Assistant and an Employee?
Virtual Assistants are independent contractors or better known as “Self Employed”. Our support staff works from a remote location, utilize our own office equipment, and free agents from the added employee/employer expenses.
  • What Services can a Virtual Assistant offer?
Multiple Services sums it up very well! Click here for a complete list of real estate services and support but check back regularly as our list keeps growing.
  • Is there a Contract?
Signing with VreBS does require a contract. The contract is very basic and agent specific. It provides a written statement of hours/month, accepted rate, and work requested. There is no fine print and the only importance is a 30-day termination notice and a fee charged for returned checks.
  • How soon can you start?
Our support staff welcomes new agents all the time. We are open to short term or long term service requests.

To contact us, please view our request for services, submit the form and someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Feel free to also eMail and or call us directly anytime day or night.
