Listing Coordination

  • Listing Contract sent via email and or fax to Virtual Assistant
  • Listing photo(s) sent via email or available through remote access
  • Information entered into the Multiple Listing Service
    • Data Entry of general property information
    • Copy Enhancement – property description
    • Photo(s) uploaded
    • Attachments (property disclosure(s), lead base paint)
  • Listing entered into website(s)
    • Generalized property information
    • Copy Enhancement – property description
    • Photo(s) uploaded with caption/description if desired
  • Visual/Virtual Tours
  • Just Listed Media completed including Flyers, Postcards, or Brochures
    • Flyers – Front/Back or Inside/Outside Flyers – flyers will be saved in PDF version unless using  a collective software for storage/printing purposes.
    • Just Listed Postcards can be sent using expresscopy and or quantummail.com
  • Listing Updates are completed as needed throughout the process of the listing.  Common changes include Status and Price.  Updates are completed in all locations (website(s), MLS)
  • Seller Reports are completed and sent to Sellers throughout the listing
    • Seller reports include Property Information, Listing Views, Showing(s) & Feedback , Ad Dates, Open Houses, and other information pertinent throughout the course of the listing
