Purchase Contract/Closing Coordination
- Purchase Contract sent via eMail and or Fax
- Status Change completed in the MLS and on all the media site(s)
- If utilizing a software, (for example: Top Producer 7i), the transaction is completed is as follows:
- A closing is created from the Listing and contains all buyer information, buyer(s) agent information, lender information, title rep, Inspectors, and other(s) affiliated wit h the closing
- A follow-up plan is put into place. The plan is a check-list used for the purpose of important info. needing to be completed for the property to close smoothly and in a timely manne
- Once the Property Closes
- The Status is first updated in the Multiple Listing Services
- Status is updated to Closed but also requires the following information if you were the listing agent: Closing Date, Buyer’s Agent/Brokerage Office, Sale Price & Sale Means
- The Listing is marked as Sold on all media sites
- If utilizing a software (example: Top Producer 7i), the property is closed/paid and transferred
- Just Sold Postcards can be sent using expresscopy and or quantummail.com
- Optional – A final Seller Report can be sent to the Seller for personal records
